摘    要:对现有的沉管隧道管节预制方法进行分析,研究固定干坞法、移动干坞法和工厂法的通用工艺流程,分析各个工艺的建设条件、工艺特点及施工难点,提出钢筋混凝土管节预制方法选用表。通过对3种管节预制方法的深入研究,剖析各方法的差异性,得出管节预制方法的3类区别。利用工艺组合的方法,构建了6种工艺,从创新性、效益、可行性等多角度综合分析,剔除成熟工艺和成本投入较大的工艺,提出管节平地流水线预制动态入水新工艺,并就其应用进行深入研究,同时将其与现有工艺在工期、造价等方面进行定量对比分析,分析结果显示,该工艺具有一定的优势。

Abstract:In this paper, the existing prefabrication methods of immersed tunnel elements are systematically analyzed and studied, the general process flow of fixed dry dock method, mobile dry dock method, and factory method are discussed, the process characteristics and construction difficulties of each technology are analyzed, and a selection table of precast methods for reinforced concrete elements is proposed. Through in depth investigation of the three methods, differences are obtained. Furthermore, six combinations are constructed regarding the process classification. Based on the comprehensive comparison and selection from multiple perspectives including the novelty, cost efficiency, and feasibility, the mature and high cost processes are ruled out, whereas the technology of flat ground flow line prefabrication of element and dynamic water entry is recommended. Finally, the application of the specific case is studied, and the quantitative comparative analysis with the existing process in terms of time limit and cost is conducted. The analytical results show that the process has certain advantages and is worth popularizing.
