摘    要:文中以大跨度混合梁连续刚构桥0号块为研究对象,建立有限元模型进行分析,对分层浇筑方式进行合理优化;最大负弯矩及最大剪力工况计算表明,顶底板正截面抗裂与法向应力验算均能满足要求。最大悬臂状态下,顶底板实桥布置应力测点均为受压状态,实测值与理论值吻合度较高,验证了有限元模型的正确性。0号块剪力滞分布较为复杂,顶底板刚度在整个截面占比越大,剪力滞现象越明显,建议对该区域配筋进行合理优化。

Abstract:The No.0 block of the large-span hybrid grider continuous rigid frame bridge is taken as the analysis object,and the layered pouring method is reasonably optimized.During the construction,the concrete entering temperature should be strictly controlled and necessary cooling measures should be taken.The calculation of the maximum negative bending moment and the maximum shear force shows that the crack resistance and normal stress check calculations of the top and bottom plates can meet the requirements.In the maximum cantilever state,the stress measurement points of the real bridge layout at the top and bottom plates are all under compression state,and the actual measurement is in good agreement with the theoretical value,which verifies the correctness of the finite element model.The shear lag distribution of zero block is more complicated.The greater the proportion of the roof and floor stiffness in the entire section,the more obvious the shear lag phenomenon.It is recommended that the reinforcement of this area should be reasonably optimized.
