摘    要:管道三维穿越施工实现了水平和竖向的同时借转,对市政管线工程建设具有重要意义.文中结合具体工程开展了燃气管道三维穿越施工的全过程监测研究.基于陀螺仪空间定位技术和光纤应变传感技术,设计并实施了一套系统的管道穿越施工监测方案,获得了管道全长各点的三维空间坐标及管道监测段穿越全过程的力学响应.监测结果表明:管道双向同时借转穿...

Abstract:It is of great significance for municipal pipeline engineering construction to implement 3-D horizontal directional drilling(HDD).In virtue of a practical project,this work carries out the onsite monitoring of a gas pipeline during 3-D HDD construction.Based on gyroscopic position-detection system and a fiber optic sensing technique,an integrated scheme for the pipeline construction monitoring is designed and conducted.The 3-D spatial coordinates of the overall pipeline are measured.The mechanic responses of the tested section running through the whole drilling track are obtained.It testifies that the longitudinal strains and the sectional moments are sharply increased as the tested pipe traverses with a rotation simultaneously on the horizontal and vertical planes.The recorded data are informative for a further theoretical analysis and the monitoring strategy can provide a reference for such similar projects.
