| 摘 要： | 结合目前我国正在施工的无碴轨道综合试验段中出现的一些裂缝现象,首先对无碴轨道裂缝的类型和裂缝产生原因进行分析,指出温度和混凝土的收缩是产生裂缝的主要原因。最后提出通过优选原材料、优化混凝土配合比、采用二次振捣工艺以及强化养护环节等来防止裂缝的产生和发展。 |

| Abstract: | Based on a few crack in process of construction in comprehensive test segment in our country,the paper firstly analyzes the types and the bring cause of crack,then it points out that the temperature and shrinkage of the concrete are the main reason of bring crack.In the end,optimization raw and processed materials,optimization proportioning of concrete,adoption quadric vibrated craft and intensification maintenance link are put forward to prevent and avoid crack. |
