新九燕山隧道红黏土段围岩变形规律分析及控制技术

摘    要:新九燕山隧道是包西铁路二线控制性工程,其中有2km左右的红黏土围岩。首先通过现场取样,对红黏土进行了物理特性和力学特性分析。在此基础上,采用了FLAC3D软件对红黏土围岩的变形进行了模拟分析,同时考虑了红黏土的膨胀性特点。重点分析了施工工艺、支护特性与围岩稳定的关系。通过现场的围岩监控,证实采取的施工工艺及其控制措施是合理的。

Abstract:New Jiuyan Mount Tunnel is the Line Ⅱ controlled project of Baotou-Xi' an Railway, which has red clay wall rocks about 2 km. At the beginning of this paper, through on-site sampling, physical and mechanical properties of the red clay are analyzed. Based on this, simulation analysis is made on the deformation of red clay wall rocks with FLAC3D software, considering the expansibility of red clay meanwhile. Construction techniques, the relationship between the properties of supports and the stability of wall rocks are analyzed as an emphasis. At last, on-site wall rocks monitoring proves the rationality of construction techniques and controlling measures.
