摘    要:南京长江隧道工程江心洲右汊大桥主索鞍设计重量130t,吊装高度超过80m,对这样的超高超大型构件的吊装,为节约成本,对主索鞍进行分块设计,分成3块单件重不超过40t的鞍体,并通过科学设计吊装钢架,编制合理的施工方案,圆满完成了吊装任务。

Abstract:Main cable saddle of Right Branch Main Bridge in Jiangxin Island of Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Project has the design weight of 130 t, hoisting height over 80 m. For such ultra-mega-hoisting components, in order to save cost, we cut the saddle into 3 blocks, each block no more than 40 t. We successfully completed the main cable saddle hoisting job by designing and lifting scientifically the steel frame and making the construction program rational.
