摘    要:在北京市房山轨道交通线上跨丰西编组站节点桥转体施工中,为确保转体过程的安全和转体施工的顺利进行,在转体前对转动体进行了称重试验。重点介绍了对转动体不平衡力矩、摩阻力矩、偏心距及转动球铰静摩擦系数的测试分析。

Abstract:In the rotation construction of the node of the swivel bridges on the rail transit crossing Fengtai West Marshalling Station on the Fangshan Line of Beijing,the weighing test is carried out to the rotator before rotating to make sure that the rotation can proceed safely and smoothly.This paper mainly introduces the test analysis of the unbalanced moment,friction resistance torque and eccentricity of the rotator and the static friction coefficient of the rotational spherical hinge.
