超高层小截面钢管柱泵送高强自密实混凝土施工技术

摘    要:随着超高层建筑技术的迅猛发展,钢结构技术在超高层建筑得到了大量的应用,小截面的钢管混凝土柱在施工中如何确保其质量和密实度是国内施工领域的难题。结合大连期货大厦的钢管混凝土柱泵送实例,在现场通过五次模拟试验与检测,从理论和施工技术上做了分析探讨,并通过工程的实践,形成了一套成熟的工艺。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the super high-rise building technology, steel structures have been widely used in super high-rise buildings. How to ensure the quality and density of steel tube-concrete with small section in construction has been an unresolved issue in the domestic construction field. The steel tube-concrete of Dalian Futures Building is the first steel tube-concrete eolumn with small section in super high-rise building. Five simulation tests and measurements and four symposiums are formed a mature technology through engineering practice. With the theoretical and practieal resolution, this paper will focus on how to organize the construction site and how to control.
