摘    要:针对黄河特大桥边跨现浇段高墩大跨的结构形式,以及地处山体陡坡地段的工程特点,重点对现浇段托架的设置形式、托架预压方法、偏载条件下托架配重方案、塔吊和电梯的预埋件形式、托架拆除方案等方面进行了深入研究。结果表明,采用配重托架方案消除了刚构桥现浇段施工对薄壁空心墩墩身根部结构受力的影响;采用液压千斤顶张拉钢绞线模拟荷载进行配重及预压,减少了常规工艺的繁琐过程。

Abstract:In view of the structural form of the high pier large-span of the Yellow River Bridge,as well as the engineering characteristics of the steep slope of the mountain,the key points are studied from the aspects of the setting form of the site pouring section bracket,the carrier pre-pressure method,the carrier counterweight scheme under partial load conditions,the pre-buried form of the tower crane and elevator,the carrier demolition scheme,etc.The results show that the influence of cast-in-place segment construction of rigid frame bridge on the stress of the root structure of thin-walled hollow pier is eliminated by use of counterweight carrier schemes,the counterweight and pre-pressure are carried out according to the simulation load from tensioning steel strand with hydraulic jack to reduce the tedious process of conventional process.
