高速铁路斜拉桥CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道施工技术研究

摘    要:目前高速铁路桥梁铺设无砟轨道最大跨径为180 m,最高时速为250 km。新建昌赣高速铁路赣江特大桥设计时速350 km,主跨为300 m斜拉桥,如此高时速、大跨度柔性桥上铺设CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道,在国内外尚属首次,没有成功案列和施工经验。本文针对跨径300 m主跨斜拉桥上铺设无砟轨道开展研究,建立了实时修正模型,分析总结了CPⅡ、CPⅢ点的布设及测量边界条件以及风速、日照和温度等环境的影响,为高速铁路斜拉桥CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道施工提供技术参考。

Abstract:At present,the maximum span of ballastless track laid on high-speed railway bridge is 180 m,and the maximum speed is 250 km/h.The design speed of the newly-built Ganjiang Super Large Bridge of Nanchang-Ganzhou High-speed Railway is 350 km/h,and the main span is 300 m cable-stayed bridge.It is the first time at home and abroad to lay CRTSⅢ type slab ballastless track on such a high speed and long-span flexible bridge,without successful project and construction experience.This paper studied the laying of ballastless track on the main span cable-stayed bridge with a span of 300 m,established a real-time correction model,analyzed and summarized the layout of points CP Ⅱ and CP Ⅲ,the boundary conditions of measurement,and the impact of wind speed,sunshine and temperature on the environment,so as to provide technical reference for the construction of CRTSⅢ type ballastless track of high-speed railway cable-stayed bridge.
