摘    要:为研究软土地区顶管下穿既有铁路营业线桥梁对其产生的影响,本文采用Midas-GTS有限元分析软件,对天津市万汇路220 kV电力管线顶管下穿京沪高铁、津秦客专下行联络线施工过程进行三维数值模拟,得出铁路桥墩基础附加变形情况。京沪高铁天津特大桥最大附加竖向、纵向和横向位移均出现在1498号桥墩基础,分别为-0.653 mm、-0.459 mm和-0.923 mm;津秦客专下行联络线1号桥最大附加竖向、纵向和横向位移均出现在16号桥墩基础,分别为-1.013 mm、1.041 mm和1.586 mm,计算结果满足现行规程限值要求,能够保证铁路安全运营。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of pipe jacking under existing railway business line bridges in soft soil areas,this paper uses Midas-GTS finite element analysis software to conduct 3 D numerical simulation calculation on the construction process of 220 kV power pipeline jacking under the downlink connecting line of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway and Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Line on Wanhui Road,Tianjin,and obtains the additional deformation of railway pier foundation.The maximum additional vertical,longitudinal and transverse displacements of Tianjin super large bridge of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway appear in the foundation of pier 1498,which are-0.653 mm,-0.459 mm and-0.923 mm respectively.The maximum additional vertical,longitudinal and transverse displacements of No.1 Bridge on the downlink connecting line of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Line appear on the foundation of pier 16,which are-1.013 mm,1.041 mm and 1.586 mm respectively.The calculation results can meet the limit requirements in the current regulations and ensure the safe operation of the railway.
