摘    要:聚丙烯纤维混凝土具有抗折强度高、抗裂性能好、抗疲劳及耐磨损性能优等特点,目前普遍应用于桥梁工程混凝土路面及房建工程地下室底板、顶板等部位。但是由于聚丙烯纤维的加入,导致混凝土粘聚性大幅提高,工作性能下降,不再适应于泵送施工工艺,使其应用范围受到大幅限制。本文以某新建铁路联络线工程为依托,结合施工中遇到的实际困难及问题,对泵送聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比的设计及工作性能优化进行分析探讨,并对适用于聚丙烯纤维混凝土外加剂复配技术进行总结。

Abstract:Polypropylene fibre concrete has the characteristics of high flexural strength,good crack resistance,excellent fatigue resistance and wear resistance.At present,polypropylene fibre concrete is widely used in the concrete pavement of the bridge engineering and basement floor,roof and other parts of the building project.However,due to the addition of polypropylene fibre,the concrete’s cohesiveness is greatly improved and its working performance is reduced,and it is no longer suitable for pumping construction technology,which makes its application scope greatly limited.In this paper,based on a new railway link project,the mixture design of pumped polypropylene concrete and its performance optimization are analyzed and discussed in combination with the practical difficulties and problems encountered in the construction.At the same time,the compounding technology that is suitable for the polypropylene fibre concrete admixture is summarized.
