摘    要:依托信湖矿井及选煤厂跨涡河及S307线特大桥铁路专用线的控制性工程——上跨淮河第二大支流的涡河单孔112 m的下承式钢桁梁工程,结合施工期间不允许中断航道及拼装场地受限等客观因素,研究分析采用两阶段拖拉架设方法,就钢桁梁拼装支架、滑移体系设计、拖拉滑移过程控制、顶落梁及施工监测、姿态控制等进行深入研究。该桥钢桁梁于2020年11月25日顺利拖拉就位,成桥姿态和质量可控,为类似困难条件下工程提供可借鉴经验。

Abstract:Relying on the control project of Xinhu mine and coal-picking plant across the vortex river and the special railway line of the S307 line,the vortex single-hole 112 m under the vortex river single-hole project of the second largest tributary of the upper Huaihe River,this paper combined the construction period not allowed to interrupt the channel and objective factors such as the restriction of the assembly site,the research and analysis adopted the two-stage draggingerection method,and conducted in-depth research on the steel truss girder assembly bracket,slip system design,drag-slip process control,top falling beam and construction monitoring,attitude control,etc.The bridge’ s steel truss girders were successfully dragged in place on November 25,2020,and the attitude and quality of the bridge were controlled,providing lessons for engineering under similar difficult conditions.
