隧道大变形处理措施综述

摘    要:由于地质太差,加之连续下雨围岩软化后失去自身的承载能力,有的围岩有滑动面,在水的作用下滑动加速,再加上钢支撑太弱和连接处连接不牢等因素,位于三亚、陕南、陕北的几座公路隧道产生了大变形。针对其变形情况,采用临时支顶和永久套安拱架加强、部分变形大的进行了更换边拱的处理。向前开挖采取加大钢支撑、改变开挖方法等措施顺利通过了变形地段,为今后类似工程提供了成功经验。

Abstract:Because of poor geographic conditions,surrounding rocks softened after continuous rain and lost its own load capacity.There even appeared smooth sliding surface on the softened rocks.This sliding was accelerated by water,together with the factors such as weak steel support and loose connections,thus a gross distortion was formed in several road tunnels in Sanya,Shann' nan and Shannbei.In light of the distortion conditions,temporary support and permanent arch frames were adopted to strengthen and some parts with gross distortion underwent change of side arches.Big steel support and change of tunneling method were used in passing distortion area,which can be successful reference to similar projects in the future.
