摘    要:针对桥上再创新双块式无砟轨道抗剪凸台进行受力分析和计算,考虑了列车纵向力、温度荷载、桥梁的挠曲变形、列车横向摇摆力、未平衡的离心力、曲线上无缝线路钢轨引起的附加力等对抗剪凸台的受力影响,并分别推导出了这些荷载影响因素对抗剪凸台受力的计算公式。最后对32m简支梁上的抗剪凸台进行受力计算和配筋设计,得出抗剪凸台周围采用弹性填充材料时较无填充材料时的受力明显减小,所以抗剪凸台周围应采用弹性填充材料。

Abstract:The paper makes mechanical analysis and calculation for shear cam of re-innovated twin-block unballasted track on bridge. Stressing influences on shear cam such as train longitudinal force, temperature load, bridge deformation, lateral swing force of train, unbalanced centrifugal force and additional force due to jointless rail in curve section are taken into ac- count and calculation formulas of shear cam force caused by these factors are deduced. Finally the paper performs stress analysis and reinforcing bars design for shear cam on 32 m simple-supported beam bridge and the result shows stress of shear cam with elastic materials filled around is much smaller than that without elastic materials. So shear cam should be surrounded by elastic materials.
