高铁运架一体式架桥机发展与性能比较研究

架桥机在高速铁路建设中应用前景广泛,为适应各种复杂工况,需对架桥机的结构、功能和操作技术及作业流程进行不断改善与提高。结合运架分离式架桥机与运架一体式架桥机的特点,对两者的优劣势进行对比分析;通过比较技术参数、结构组成、施工工序、对施工环境的适应性,阐述运架一体机的发展与优化进程。在持续的研发改进过程中,线路首末孔架梁、高铁箱梁运输通过隧道、紧邻隧道口及隧道内架梁等问题已基本解决。证明了现有架桥机技术水平与应用能适应大多数复杂恶劣的环境条件,可以完成大部分高速铁路箱梁架设施工任务。

Comparative Study on Development and Performance of Girder-transporting and Erecting Machine for High-speed Railway

The bridge-reeting machine has a wide application prospect in the construction of high-speed railway.In order to adapt to various complicated working conditions,it is necessury to continwously improve the structure,function,operation technology and operation process of the bridge erecting machine.By comparing the characteristics of two kinds of bridge machines,the separated one and the integrated one,the advantages and disadvantages for both machines were analyzed.By comparing technical parameters,structural composition,construcetion procedures,and adaptability to the construetion environment,the development and optimization process of the girder-traunsporting and ereeting machine were expounded.In the process of continwous research and development,the problems of the first and the end hole erecting beam,the high-speed railway box beam transported through the tunnel,the erecting beam adjacent to the tunnel opening and the inner of the tunnel were basically solved.It proves that the existing technical level and application of the girder erecting machine can meet the needs of modem high-speed railway box girder constructions,adapt to most complicated and harsh environmental conditions,and complete most of the high-speed railway box girder installation tasks.
