摘    要:在顶推施工过程中,滑道附近的钢箱梁底板局部应力较大,很可能成为控制因素,一般需要采取补强措施以保证施工的安全。数值分析结果表明,腹板与底板之间设置加劲肋可减小底板的局部应力。从实际的施工过程及监测结果来看,这种方式简单、有效,可为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:The local stress is larger in the bottom plate of steel box girder near slideway during the incremental launching construction, and it is very likely to become the controlling factors. Reinforcement measures often need to be taken to ensure the safety of construction. Numerical results show that the stiffener can be set between the web plate and the bottom plate and the local stress can be reduced. From the construction process and the monitoring results, this reinforcement way is very simple and effective. And it can provide references for similar projects.
