摘    要:LTE系统被认为最有可能成为铁路下一代移动通信平台.研究了GSM-R与LTE系统共存下的业务兼容性及互联互通问题,主要包括LTE系统对既有GSM-R业务的实现方式、二者的耦合方式、跨系统小区重选、业务承载等问题,讨论了核心网和终端融合的方式,说明LTE系统可以与GSM-R系统共存并互通.

Abstract:The long-term evolution (LTE) system is regarded as the most possible next-generation railway mobile communication platform. Issues on service capability and inter-connection between LTE and GSM-R in case of co-existing are studied. These issues mainly include implementation means of the existing GSM-R services in a LTE system, coupling means of the two systems, cell-reselection between the two systems, carrier services, and so on. The convergence solution between core-networks and terminals are discussed. It is demonstrated that it is feasible for the co-existing and inter-connection between LTE and GSM-R systems.
