围海吹填地段淤泥质地基真空联合堆载预压施工技术

吹填淤泥填海造陆技术在环境保护和经济效益上均具有巨大的优势,目前已被广泛应用于沿海地区的填海造陆工程中,而吹填淤泥土地基加固又是当前制约围海造陆工程建设的关键性技术难题之一。珠海高栏港铁路工程建设中,采用真空联合堆载预压法进行软基处理。分析了真空联合堆载预压法处理软基原理,阐述了真空联合堆载预压施工工艺及质量控制措施。实践证明,该技术特别适合处理分布有深厚淤泥和淤泥质土层的软土地基,能快速有效地加固这类地基。

Construction Technique of Reclamation Hydraulic Silt Fill Foundation Treated by Vacuum Combining with Surcharge Preloading Method

The reclamation technique of hydraulic silt fill has great advantage on environmental protection and economy. It currently has been applied to reclamation projects in the coastal areas. However, the foundation consolidation of hydraulic silt fill is one of key technical issues for limiting land reclamation. In the railway project of Gaolan Port in Zhuhai, the vac- uum combining with surcharge preloading method was used for soft foundation treatment. It is demonstrated that this method has significant performance for soft foundation with deep silt and silt soil strata and can quickly effectively consolidate such foundations. This paper introduces the principle of soft-foundation treatment through vacuum combining with surcharge pre-loading method and emphasizes the construction technique and quality control measures of vacuum combining with surcharge preloading method.
