合福铁路古田溪特大桥设计

摘    要:古田溪特大桥是新建合福铁路重点控制桥梁工程之一,该桥集高墩大跨、深水基础于一身,兼具山区铁路与高速铁路双重特点,设计施工难度大。研究其桥式方案选择及设计施工要点,通过分析无缝线路特性,合理确定主桥桥式方案;结合施工组织,总结了主跨梁部结构、主桥桥墩及主墩基础的设计施工要点。车桥耦合动力仿真分析结论表明,当车速不超过该桥设计车速350 km/h时,安全性指标均在限值以内。

Abstract:Gutianxi Bridge is one of the controlling bridges for the newly-built Hefei-Fuzhou Railway.It’s characterized as high pier,long span,and deep under-water foundation,with a total length of 588.89 m,highest pier of 49.5 m and under water foundation of 42.4 m.This bridge serves as both mountain railway as well as high speed railway,which has presented great challenges in both design and construction.Through research & study on the selection of the bridge type and the critical points of design & construction,experiences have been accumulated in the design of deep water foundation for high speed railway in mountainous areas.The bridge type of main span has been reasonably determined via analysis on characteristics of seamless rails.The critical points of design & construction for the beam structure,the pier & the foundation of the main span are summarized,in combination with the organization of construction.The dynamic simulation analysis on the interaction between the bridge and the vehicle demonstrates that when the operation speed is not higher than the design speed of 350 km/h,the safety indexes are within limits and the comfort indexes are above the "sound" level,which further proves that the design safety and comfort index are suitable.
