厦门翔安隧道陆域浅滩段CRD工法施工步距和工序沉降控制作用研究

摘    要:根据厦门翔安海底隧道出口端地质条件,设计6种不同的开挖与支护工况和两种不同的施工工序,对各种工况开挖过程的地层三维变形状态进行数值模拟,分析和总结变形、失稳规律。在此基础上优化CRD工法各部之间的步距和步序,改进隧道开挖支护方案,将拱顶沉降控制在最小的范围内,解决了施工中遇到的技术难题。

Abstract:Based on the geological conditions of Xiamen Xiang' an subsea tunnel' s entrance section, six different schemes of excavations supporting methods and two different construction procedures were designed. The authors stimulated the 3D deformation states of the strata in various excavation processes, analyzed and summarized the laws of deformation and unstable occurrences of tunnel. Therefore, construction space and procedure among parts of CRD is optimized, excavations supporting methods is improved, the top subsidence is controlled within the smallest range, the applied construction measures and suggestions are proposed.
