摘    要:沈阳市浑南新区现代有轨电车项目是我国首次大规模建设的现代有轨电车轨道交通线网,线路轨道采用槽型钢轨铺设焊接,由于钢轨轨头存在凹槽,与常用钢轨差别较大,目前没有成熟应用的槽型钢轨焊接方法。依据钢轨铝热焊接技术原理,设计了一个与凹槽相吻合的砂块,将该砂块填充在槽型钢轨的凹槽内,解决了采用铝热焊接方法焊接槽型钢轨的难题。通过试验测试59R2槽型钢轨铝热焊接头静弯强度,疲劳性能,硬度,金相组织等指标,所有项目均能满足技术要求。槽型钢轨铝热焊接技术应用于沈阳现代有轨电车轨道焊接,施工速度快,焊接接头质量可靠。

Abstract:Shenyang modern tram project is China''s first large-scale construction of modern tram transit network, and groove rail is adopted in track of the tram project. But due to the presence of groove in the rail head, there has not mature rail welding method of groove rail. On the basis of rail thermit welding technology principle, a sand block which matches the shape of groove of the groove rail is designed to solve the problem of welding groove rail by means of thermit welding technology. Test of slow bend strength, fatigue performance, hardness, metallographic structure, etc. is performed on 59R2 groove rail welding joints, and the results show that all the performance can meet the technical requirements. The groove rail thermit welding technology is applied in Shenyang modern tram rail welding project for its fast construction speed and stability quality.
