粤港澳大湾区轨道交通AFC 票务清分互联互通研究

随着国内城市群轨道交通互联互通发展进入关键期，跨区域、多制式、多运营主体背景下的轨道交通AFC 票务清分互联互通问题得到广泛关注。分析研究粤港澳大湾区轨道交通线网运营现状、建设规划和轨道交通互联 互通优先发展战略要求，探讨湾区轨道交通互联互通给AFC 票务清分管理带来的问题和面临的挑战。综合分析 对比城市群轨道交通AFC 票务清分互联互通模式，在借鉴广佛城市轨道交通AFC 票务清分互联互通部分成功经 验的基础上，总结湾区轨道交通AFC 票务清分互联互通最优实现模式和轨道交通湾区清分中心建设定位，提出 湾区轨道交通AFC 票务互联互通、一票通达管理思路和实现步骤，并指出湾区多网融合AFC 票务清分互联互通 下一步的技术实现方向。

Interconnection of AFC Fare Clearing System of Urban Rail Transit in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

To address the critical issue of rail transit Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) fare-clearing systems and interconnections in the context of cross-regional, multistandard, and multioperating entities, as the development of rail transit interconnections in domestic urban agglomerations has entered a crucial phase, this paper presents an analysis and study of the current situation of rail transit network operation, construction planning, and priority development strategic requirements of rail transit interconnection in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It also examines the problems and challenges that the interconnection of rail transit in the Bay Area poses to the AFC fare clearing system management. Based on a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the AFC fare-clearing interconnection modes of urban agglomerations and the successful experience of the Guangfo urban rail transit AFC fare-clearing system interconnection, the paper summarizes the optimal realization mode of the AFC fare-clearing system interconnection of rail transit in the Bay Area. With the positioning of the rail transit Bay Area clearing and sorting center, the paper presents the bay area rail transit AFC fare-clearing system interconnection, one-ticket access management solution ideas, and implementation steps, indicating the next technological realization direction of the Bay Area multi-network integration AFC fare-clearing interconnection.
