桥上无缝交叉渡线纵横向耦合模型

摘    要:在城市轨道交通建设中,由于地形条件和环保要求的限制,出现道岔(渡线)全部或部分设置在桥上的情况,既有的无缝道岔计算方法难以解决桥上无缝道岔(渡线)桥梁与相互作用的问题.为此,采用有限元方法,以60 kg/m钢轨、12号固定辙叉、4.0 m间距无碴轨道交叉渡线为例,建立桥上无缝交叉渡线纵横向耦合的计算模型,为建模计算提供一种新的思路和方法;结合工程实例,对桥上无缝交叉渡线的力学特性进行计算分析,并对今后桥上无缝交叉渡线的设计提出建议.

Abstract:With the development of high-speed railways and urban rail transit and owing to the limitations of topographical condition and the requirements of environmental protection,all or part of the turnout(crossover)is often installed on a bridge.The problem of the interaction between bridge and rails of gapless turnout(crossover)on the bridge cannot be solved by the existing methods.In this paper,a calculation model is established by adopting finite element method(FEM)and using 60 kg/m rail,No.12 fixed frog,and 4.0 m between centers of rails on ballastless track crossover.This is a longitudinal and lateral coupled model,providing new ideas and method for calculating and modeling the gapless scissors crossing on a bridge.With a practical project as the background,calculations and analyses were performed for the mechanical characteristics of gapless scissors crossing on a bridge.Finally,suggestions on the design of gapless scissors crossing on a bridge are put forward.
