摘    要:上海地铁 14 号线歇浦路站横穿杨浦大桥引桥,为国内首座已实施的采用超高压喷射搅拌成桩(N-Jet 工法) 技术进行基坑封底止水的地下车站。采用数值模拟软件,建立考虑土体、支护结构和桥桩间变形相互耦合作用的三 维实体模型,模拟车站基坑开挖的全过程,分析不同变形控制措施下深基坑开挖对邻近高架桥桩基的变形影响,将 数值分析与实际监测结果进行对比分析,结果表明:在基坑分次开挖、减小支撑竖向间距、坑底土体加固、N-Jet 工法封底等变形控制措施的条件下,高架桥桩基的变形满足控制指标的要求,可保证高架桥的正常通行。

Abstract:The Xiepu Road station of Shanghai metro Line 14 passes beneath the Yangpu Bridge. The finite element software named Midas GTS was used to establish a three-dimensional model that considers the interactions between the soil, supporting structure, and piles to simulate the construction process of the deep excavation, and the influence of deep excavation under different controlling measures on the deformation of the viaduct pile foundation was analyzed. The numerical simulation values were compared with the actual monitoring data, indicating that parting and dividing the foundation pit, reducing the bracing spacing, and setting a waterproof curtain with the N-Jet method could meet the deformation control index of the viaduct pile foundation and ensure the safe operation of the viaduct.
