摘    要:目前信号系统主要由联锁和区域控制器采用集中管理的方式分配道岔、路径、闭塞资源,实现列车运行控制。研究提出由列车自主管理线路资源的列车运行控制方案,无需地面联锁和区域控制器,将联锁对道岔、路径的集中控制转为列车分散控制,将区域控制器集中计算移动授权的方式变为列车分散自主计算的方式,实现了完全以车载计算为核心的CBTC(基于通信的列车自动控制)系统。针对现有系统取消地面设备和取消进路的安全行车等难点问题进行了分析,并给出了初步的解决方案。提出的新系统方案结构简单,设备少,其建设、维护具有明显优势,是未来信号系统发展的方向。

Abstract:At present,the rail traffic signal system is mainly composed of computer interlock (CI) and zone controller (ZC),which uses centralized management to distribute the turnout,the path and the block resources to realize the train operation control.A new train operation control scheme,the autonomous management of line resources,is discussed in the paper.Under the scheme,the centralized control of CI on the turnout and the path is switched to train distributed control,and the centralized computation and the mobile authorization of ZC is converted into the train's decentralized computation.As a result,the communication-based train control (CBTC) system based on vehicle computing is implemented.Degraded safety operation of train caused by canceling ground equipment and safe driving problem caused by canceling a route are also discussed.The advantages of the new system lie in its simple structure,less equipment,and convenience in construction and maintenance.
