东京轨道交通双环线特征分析及其对上海的启示

上海市目前轨道交通呈现"十字加环,多向辐射"的网络结构,为解决交通问题,研究建设一条轨道交通外围环线,形成双环结构。首先分析轨道交通环线的功能及设置条件;其次,以已建成两条环线的东京都市圈为例,统计站点周边1 000 m范围内人口密度及客流特征,以神奈川县和埼玉县间往返客流为例,着重分析外围环线功能特征,得出环线主要承担换乘功能,且外围环线缓解了内环线换乘压力,加强了组团间联系,影响了城市空间结构;最后,将上海与东京都市圈类比,从轨道交通网络现状和客流需求两个角度,分析建设外围环线的必要性,探讨在中环附近建设外环线的可行性。

Characteristics of Double Loop Lines for URT in Tokyo and Enlightenment to Shanghai

At present,the network structure of rail transportation in Shanghai is "cross and ring,multi-directional radiation".In order to ease the serious congestion in the outer ring and the central urban region,a longer loop line among the periphery of the main lines is to be built in Shanghai.First of all,the functions and construction conditions of the loop line for rail transit are shown in the paper.Secondly,taking the mature rail transit network of Tokyo and transfer passenger flows between Kanagawaand Saitama as examples,the paper analyzes the population density and passenger characteristics,and focuses on the functions of the peripheral loop line.The paper concludes that the main function of a loop line is transfer and the peripheral ring can effectively relieve the transfer pressure of the inner ring,which not only strengthens the links between communities,but also influences the urban spatial structures.Lastly,comparing Shanghai with Tokyo,the paper discusses the necessity of building a peripheral loop line from the aspect of the characteristics and passenger demands of urban rail network,and explores the feasibility of building a peripheral loop line near the middle ring in Shanghai.
