弹性短轨枕在武汉地铁中的应用问题及解决方法

为减少振动及噪声，武汉地铁1号线使用弹性短轨枕轨道形式，但这种轨道形式在长时间的运营后出现了轨枕-套靴-道床之间剥离、间隙扩大、轨枕空吊、轨距变化大、减振量下降、短轨枕破裂等现象，分析出现问题的原因，并对轨道状态较差路段的钢轨、轨枕变形测试数据进行对比分析，最后针对弹性短轨枕轨道病害总结出轨枕更换、空吊整治、减振方式改造3种维修方案。

Application and maintenance of elastic short sleeper in Wuhan Metro

Wuhan metro line one use elastic shorter sleeper track to reduce the vibration and noise of track, but the form of the track produced many problems after prolonged used, such as the separation between the sleepers, ballast bed and rubber boots, the expanding gap, voided sleepers, unstable track gauge, damping performance decreased and so on. The cause, harm and effect of those problems were discussed in this paper, than the rail, sleeper deformation test data are analyzed. Finally aiming at those diseases of the elastic shorter sleeper track, three maintenance methods was pointed out.
