城市轨道交通线路高峰期的不均衡运输组织研究与应用

摘    要:针对城市轨道交通部分线路存在的上下班客流朝夕现象突出的问题,通过分析客流需求与折返条件、信号及乘客引导等运输技术设备的特点,根据客流在时空和方向的分布情况,提出工作日高峰期采用不均衡运输的组织方式,在不增加上线列车数的条件下,通过对有限运力的时空分配进行优化,把运力集中安排到尖峰客流的时段、区段和方向中,形成一个单向超高峰,有效疏解高峰大客流,从而实现满足客流需求、降低满载率以及有效提高运营服务水平的目标。实践证明,该优化方案既能满足运营服务的需要,又能达到节能高效的目的,对地铁运营单位和设计单位的运输组织以及车辆段规划设计具有重要的参考价值。

Research and application on unbalanced traffic organization in the peak of urban railway transit
Abstract:According to the prominent tidal phenomenon in the peak of weekdays on urban railway lines, we analyzed the characteristics of passenger demand and transport technological equipments, then according to the different passenger distribution between up and down direction, proposed the unbalanced traffic organization mode in the peak of weekdays, which can focus the limited transport capacity on the dense traffic section through optimization and adjustment rather than additional trains to reduce the full-load ratio for traffic volume, thus to improve the level of our service. And the practical application proved the validity of the optimized scheme, which not only can satisfy the need of operation service, but also can save energy, at the same time can provide useful reference to the transport organization for operation division and to project the metro depot for design institute of urban rail transit.
