| 摘 要： | 论述了长期以来我国城市交通发展战略不明确所带来的影响。从目前我国大城市交通发展所面临的时代特征和特殊状况出发，提出了我国未来城市综合交通体系在规划、建设、运营管理以及交通服务等各个发展环节上的指导思想，阐述了大城市综合交通发展战略和政策重点。

Facing the Traffic Challenge of Megapolis with New Development Strategies |

| Abstract: | Based on the present new features and some special situations of the traffic development in the
megapolis of China, this paper put forwards some ideas on the planning, the construction, the operation,
the management and the traffic services of the urban comprehensive traffic system in the future. The
development strategy and main policies about the comprehensive traffic of megapolis are introduced. |
