铝合金筋混凝土在地铁工程中的应用探索

摘    要:对于含有腐蚀性介质的地下环境中的地铁工程,钢筋混凝土结构容易因钢筋锈蚀而造成耐久性和安全性降低。从防止受力钢筋锈蚀的角度出发,探索将铝合金筋应用于地铁工程混凝土结构的可行性;基于现行《混凝土结构设计规范》及铝合金材料的力学性能特点,推导铝合金筋混凝土梁正截面受弯承载力计算表达式,并通过现有9根铝合金筋混凝土梁受弯试验数据对表达式进行验证;基于现有研究成果对铝合金筋混凝土梁裂缝宽度的计算进行探索;从耐腐蚀性和经济性角度,对比普通钢筋混凝土梁及铝合金筋混凝土梁的使用寿命和工程造价,给出铝合金筋和普通钢筋混合使用的研究思路,为铝合金筋混凝土在地铁工程设计中的研究及应用提供了一定的方向和参考。

Abstract:For metro engineering built in corrosive groundwater areas, the durability and safety of reinforced concrete structures is easily reduced due to steel bar corrosion. In this study, the feasibility of applying aluminum alloy steel bars to concrete structures in metro engineering is explored to prevent steel corrosion. Referring to the current code for the design of concrete structures and the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy, the formulas for calculating the flexural capacity of a normal section of aluminum alloy reinforced concrete beams are improved and verified by the bending failure experimental data of nine aluminum alloy reinforced concrete beams. Based on the existing research results, the crack width calculation method of aluminum alloy reinforced concrete beams is explored. The service life and engineering cost of ordinary and aluminum alloy reinforced concrete beams are compared in terms of corrosion resistance and costs. The research approach of the combination of aluminum alloy and common steel bars is proposed. This study provides a certain direction and reference for the research and application of aluminum alloy bar concrete in metro engineering.
