摘    要:采用有限元分析的方法,应用有限元通用软件ANSYS的APDL参数化建模技术,建立41号无缝道岔受力与变形的有限元力学模型.计算41号无缝道岔的受力与变形,分别就岔枕传力、限位器传力、辙跟间隔作用,及扣件纵向阻力对无砟轨道结构无缝道岔的位移的影响进行分析.研究结果对大号码无缝道岔的设计有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:A finite element model of the No.41 seamless turnout was built up by the hnlte element method and parameterlzed modeling technique of finite element general software ANSYS APD. The forces and displacement of seamless turnout were calculated, the influences of some parameters on the rail displacements and longitudinal force of seamless turnout were analyzed, such as the sleepers of turnout, the spacing restricting device, the spacer block of the frog heel and the fastening resistance. The results could be used to guide the design of large number seamless turnout
