| Abstract: | The management of energy consumption of locomotive was the key to control the cost of the use of diesel locomotives. It was of great necessity to construct a Management Information System for the technical and economic analysis of diesel fuel consumption cost and decision support for the locomotive operation management. Based on that, it was detailed to discusses the framework and function model of the Management Information System of Locomotive Operation System, then described the key techniques and principles, and finally sumed up its main features and application. |
