摘    要:本文研究基于RCM的动车牵引变压器的维修优化问题,为制定牵引变压器的预防性维修计划提供了决策支持.首先给出了RCM的维修逻辑决策图和维修策略评价指标,然后采用截尾试验法估计牵引变压器的故障率的威布尔分布参数,在满足设备可靠性的前提下根据故障率演化规则确定预防性维修间隔,优化预防性维修次数,使牵引变压器在其生命周期内维修成本率最小.试验结果及其分析,验证了本文提出方法的正确性与可推广性.

Abstract:In order to provide better support for maintenance schedule of EMU’s traction transformer,an advanced RCM technique was investigated in this paper.Firstly,the decision diagram of RCM and evaluation indices of maintenance strategies were introduced.Secondly,the Weibull distribution parameters of hazard rate of the traction transformer were estimated by using the censored test.Then,the preventive maintenance intervals are calculated based on estimation of hazard rate,and the maintenance times were optimized to minimize the cost rate of maintenance in life cycle.The experiment results showed the validity and generalizability.
