铁道车辆车轮强度设计方法探讨

摘    要:鉴于目前国内尚无车轮强度的设计计算标准,本文对车轮强度设计方法进行探讨。提出了主动轮和从动轮车轮强度计算的载荷工况和当量静应力及当量疲劳应力计算方法。依据实验数据提出了4种车轮材料的许用应力。根据本文方法编制处理程序并以中国铁路在役客车的KKD型车轮和蓝箭动车主动轮为例,对静强度及疲劳强度进行了计算分析。分析结果表明:本文论述的车轮强度设计方法,计算结果符合实际,具有可操作性。

Abstract:There is no calculation criterion about designing of wheel strengths domestically at present.To solve this problem,a calculation method of wheel strengths is discussed in this paper.The method for calculating the loading conditions,equivalent static and fatique stresses of drive and driven wheels is given.The author also provides the permissible stresses of four kinds of wheel materials.Applying the method given in this paper,a processing program is compiled.Analysis of fatigue and static stresses of both KKD driven wheels and Lanjian traction wheels under use in China is made.The analysis results indicate that the expounded calculation method of wheel strengths accords with practice,and it is workable.
