时速250km级18号道岔设计理论与试验研究

摘    要:为确保客运专线建设成功,铁道部组织进行了客运专线道岔的自主研发。本文以系统集成设计方法,建立了250km/h客运专线道岔动力强度、无缝道岔设计理论、转换计算理论、轨道刚度设计理论等设计理论体系,优化了道岔平面线型,研发了新型扣件系统及心轨一动处工电结构,实现了岔区轨道刚度的合理设置与均匀化。对所研制的250km/h客运专线有砟轨道18号道岔在胶济线进行试铺和动测试验,CRH动车组、提速客车及货车直、侧向过岔时的动力测试结果表明,该道岔具有较高的安全性和列车运行平稳性,证明了客运专线道岔设计理论体系的科学性及道岔结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:To ensure the success of building the passenger dedicated lines(PDLs),the Ministry of Railways of China has organized the independent research and development of turnouts for the construction of PDLs.On the based of the system integration design method,the thesis constructs the theoretical system of designing the 250km/h PDLs,including the turnouts dynamic strength design theory,welded turnout design theory,switch theory,track stiffness design theory,etc.This optimizes the turnout planar linear dynamics,develops a new rail fastening system as well as the mechanical and electrical structure of the first traction point of the switch,and achieves reasonable and uniform track stiffness in the turnout section.The testing laying of the newly developed 18# turnouts for 250km/h ballasted PDLs has witnessed a success in the Qingdao-Jinan PDL.The dynamic tests conducted as CRH2 EMUs,speeded passenger trains and freight trains run through turnouts in both straight and lateral directions have unveiled that the turnouts are highly secure and guarantee stable movement of trains.This verifies that the PDL turnout design theory system is scientific and the structure design is reasonable.
