青藏铁路钢轨铝热焊缺陷成因分析

摘    要:通过对青藏铁路钢轨铝热焊接头缺陷的分析发现,随着海拔高度的增加,铝热反应中气体溢出的倾向增加,使焊头内部气孔率增大;钢轨焊接预热过程中气体压力的增大,极易导致焊头表面产生夹渣等缺陷。试验表明,调整焊剂成分和预热工艺,能有效消除青藏铁路钢轨铝热焊的缺陷。

Abstract:By analyzing the defects of thermite welded joint in Qing-Zang railway,it is found altitude increasing leads to the tendency of the gas spill and the pressure of preheating gas increasing during the thermit reaction.The increment is easy to cause defects of thermite welded joint,for example stomata and sand inclusion.The adjustment of flux composition and preheating parameters effectviely eliminates the defects of thermit welds in Qing-Zang railway.
