摘    要:针对列车车辆检修时架车机同步作业工况,建立架车机托架的力学模型,推导出架车机受力计算公式,获得架车机托架的力学性能与结构系数的关系。根据力学模型并利用有限元仿真分析方法,对架车机的托架和机架结构的强度和刚度进行分析。结果表明:托架应力集中发生在垫块与侧板、托头与侧板接触的位置,机架受到弯矩作用产生的变形随着托架起升逐渐增大。本文提出的方法和获取的计算数据可为架车机结构设计的优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the synchronous operation of the car lifting jack during the maintenance of the train,the mechanical model of the car lifting jack bracket was established,the force calculation formula of the car lifting jack was derived,and the relationship between the mechanical properties and the structural coefficient of the car lifting jack bracket was obtained.According to the mechanical model and the finite element simulation analysis method,the strength and stiffness of the bracket and rack construction of the car lifting jack were analyzed.The results show that the stress concentration of the bracket occurs at the contact position between the cushion block and the side plate,and contact position between supporting head and side plate,and the deformation of the bracket caused by the bending moment gradually increases with the rise of the bracket.The method proposed in this paper and the obtained calculation data can provide theoretical basis for the optimization for the structure design of the car lifting jack.
