无砟轨道路基持续上拱整治技术

摘    要:部分高速铁路无砟轨道路基存在上拱变形量较大且持续不收敛,超出轨道可调节能力的问题。本文提出了一种采用变梯度结构EPS混凝土板整治路基持续上拱的方法,根据测量结果实施了开挖置换方案及后期维修。通过数值模拟分析了变梯度结构板的应力及变形。结果表明:该方法可以快速整治路基持续上拱变形,后期维修简单易行,可长期确保轨道平顺性;变梯度结构板最大应力及变形分别满足EPS混凝土强度及高速铁路变形要求。

Abstract:Some high-speed railway ballastless track subgrade has the problem of large upwarp deformation and continuous non convergence,which exceeds the adjustable capacity of the track.In this paper,a method of continuous upwarp improvement of subgrade by EPS concrete slab with variable gradient structure was proposed.According to the measurement results,the excavation replacement scheme and later maintenance were implemented.The stress and deformation of variable gradient structural plate were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that this method can quickly control the continuous upwarp deformation of subgrade,and the later maintenance is simple and easy,which can ensure the track smoothness for a long time.The maximum stress and deformation of variable gradient structural plate meet the requirements of EPS concrete strength and high-speed railway deformation respectively.
