米轨混凝土轨枕与钢枕道床阻力研究

摘    要:为明确米轨混凝土轨枕和钢枕道床阻力,建立了实尺米轨铁路有砟轨道试验平台,采用原位测试法测试单根轨枕的道床阻力,并拟合得出道床纵向、横向阻力-位移关系函数.结果表明:位移为2 mm时,米轨混凝土轨枕和钢枕道床的纵向阻力设计值分别为9.67、8.31 kN,道床横向阻力设计值分别为5.27、4.98 kN,米轨混凝土轨枕、...

Abstract:In order to clarify the resistance of meter gauge concrete sleeper and steel sleeper ballast bed,a full-scale meter gauge railway ballast track test platform was established.The in-situ test method was used to test the ballast bed resistance of single sleeper,and the longitudinal and transverse resistance-displacement relationship functions of ballast bed were fitted.The results show that when the displacement is 2 mm,the design values of longitudinal resistance of ballast bed of meter gauge concrete sleeper and steel sleeper are 9.67 k N and 8.31 k N respectively,the design values of transverse resistance of ballast bed are 5.27 k N and 4.98 k N respectively,and the transverse distribution resistance of equivalent ballast bed of meter gauge concrete sleeper and steel sleeper is 77.4 N/cm and 74.1 N/cm respectively.The weight of meter gauge steel sleeper is only 1/4 of concrete sleeper weight,but there is little difference between the two ballast bed resistance.Steel sleepers are easy to install and maintain and have strong bearing capacity.On the premise of meeting the resistance requirements,it is recommended to give priority to steel sleepers.
