钢支撑伺服系统在富水软弱地层深基坑施工中的应用北大核心

摘    要:苏州地铁5号线劳动路站在富水软弱地层中进行深基坑施工,车站三区支护采用了钢支撑伺服系统。根据现场监测数据分析了深基坑的变形规律和该伺服系统对基坑变形的控制效果。结果表明:基坑壁的侧向变形随着深度的增加由外扩逐渐变为内鼓,埋深小于等于22.5 m时基坑壁背离基坑变形,埋深大于22.5 m时基坑壁朝向基坑变形;有无钢支撑伺服系统条件下基坑壁侧向最大变形量分别为14.9、34.15 mm,伺服系统对变形的控制效果较好;随着基坑施工的进行,测斜管上不同标高处变形量整体呈增大趋势,每一次开挖都伴随着变形量的增大,每一次支护都能将变形稳定一段时间。研究成果可为地铁车站深基坑工程支护设计提供参考。

Abstract:The deep foundation pit construction of Laodong Road Station of Suzhou Metro Line 5 was carried out in the water rich weak stratum. The steel support servo system was adopted for the support of the third zone of the station.According to the field monitoring data,the deformation law of deep foundation pit and the control effect of the servo system on foundation pit deformation were analyzed. The results show that the lateral deformation of the foundation pit wall gradually changes from external expansion to internal bulging with the increase of depth. When the buried depth is less than or equal to 22.5 m,the foundation pit wall deviates from the foundation pit deformation,and the foundation pit wall deforms towards the foundation pit when the buried depth is greater than 22.5 m. With or without steel support servo system,the maximum lateral deformation of foundation pit wall is 14.9 mm and 34.15 mm respectively,and the servo system has good control effect on deformation. In the process of foundation pit construction,the deformation at different elevations on the inclinometer tube increases as a whole. Each excavation is accompanied by the increase of deformation,and each support can stabilize the deformation for a period of time. The research results can provide reference for the support design of deep foundation pit engineering of subway station.
