摘    要:针对正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳问题,从构造参数优化设计方面研究了提高其疲劳性能的途径。在满足JTG D64-2015《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》对受力、变形及构造要求的前提下,采用ABAQUS建立有限元模型并进行试算,对正交异性钢桥面板的构造参数开展优化设计研究,给出了一组面板厚度为16~32 mm(增量为2 mm)时,U形肋尺寸和间距、横隔板高度和间距等参数合理匹配的建议值。

Abstract:Aiming at the fatigue problem of orthotropic steel deck,the path to improve its fatigue performance of orthotropic steel deck was researched from angles of optimal design of structural parameters. O n the premise of meeting the requirements of force,deformation and structure in JTG D 64-2015 Specifications for Design of Highway Steel Bridge,the finite element model of orthotropic steel bridge deck was established by ABAQUS and the structural parameters were optimized by trial calculation. Suggested values of reasonable matching of U-rib size and spacing,diaphragm height and spacing are given when a group of deck thickness is 16 ~ 32 mm( increment is 2 mm).
