客货共线铁路简支箱梁优化设计研究

摘    要:对客货共线铁路简支箱梁设计的修订情况进行了介绍,以32 m简支箱梁为例介绍了设计关键参数比选和设计创新点。对梁高和桥面布置进行了优化,优化后的参数为:时速200 km 32 m简支箱梁梁高2. 6 m,桥面宽11. 6 m;时速160 km 32 m简支箱梁梁高2. 5 m,桥面宽11. 4 m。电力电缆槽与通信信号槽放置于桥面。取消桥面遮板,改为随梁预制或现场浇筑的混凝土边墙,可节省混凝土材料用量。客货共线铁路简支箱梁桥面挡砟墙可兼作防护墙,建议取消桥面护轨。

Abstract:The revised design of simply supported box girder on mixed passenger and freight railway was introduced in this paper.Taking the 32m simply supported box girder as an example,the selection of key design parameters and design innovation points were present in this paper.The height of girder and bridge deck layout were optimized.The optimized parameters are as follows:the height of 200km/h 32m girder is 2.6m,and the width of bridge deck is 11.6m.The height of 160km/h 32m girder is 2.5m,and the width of bridge deck is 11.4m.The power cable groove and the communication signal groove are placed on the bridge deck.The bridge deck shutter is removed.And the concrete side wall is precast with girder or poured on site,which can save the consumption of concrete materials.The ballast-blocking wall of mixed passenger and freight railway box girder can also serve as the protective wall.It is suggested to cancel the bridge deck check rail.
