摘    要:我国高速铁路路基工后沉降控制标准为15 mm,总体控制良好,但有个别工点沉降超过扣件可调整范围,影响了线路的正常运营。针对目前高速铁路路基沉降整治技术需要加固抬升两步走的情况,本文详细阐述了一种对路基基底进行注浆加固并调整轨面高程的一体化技术。该技术无须改变施工配置,具有工期短、线路影响小、不破坏轨道结构的特点,已在京沈高速铁路结构性粉质黏土注浆处理试验中得到成功应用。

Abstract:The standard for post-construction settlement of high speed railway in China subgrade is 15 mm,which is well controlled in general.However,the settlement of some workplaces exceeds the adjustable range of fastener,which affects the normal operation of the railway.In view of the situation that the settlement treatment technique of high speed railway needs two steps of reinforcement and uplift at present,an integrated technique for grouting reinforcement of subgrade base and adjustment of rail elevation was described in detail in this paper.The technique does not need to change the construction configuration.It has the characteristics of short construction period,little effect of railway deformation and no damage to track structure.It has been successfully applied in the grouting treatment of structural silty clay in Beijing-Shenyang high speed railway.
