摘    要:依托京张(北京—张家口)城际铁路全断面沥青混凝土防水封闭结构的施工,针对沥青混凝土在施工各阶段产生的温度离析现象,介绍了沥青混凝土的施工工艺及其温度控制要求。通过对现场实测数据的分析,得出了沥青混凝土施工过程中的降温规律并分析了造成沥青混凝土温度离析的原因,在此基础上从沥青混凝土的拌和、运输、摊铺、压实等方面提出了控制温度离析的合理化建议。

Abstract:The engineering background is the construction of the full cross-section asphalt concrete waterproof sealing structure in Beijing-Zhangjiakou intercity railway.The focus of the research is temperature-induced segregation at different stages during construction of asphalt concrete.The construction technology and the requirement of temperature control are introduced.Based on the analysis of the measuring in-situ data,the temperature decreasing pattern during construction is studied as well as the causes of the temperature-induced segregation of asphalt concrete.Also,how to control temperature-induced segregation appropriately is suggested from the aspects of mixing,transportation,spreading and compaction of asphalt concrete.
