地铁运营条件下新型板式轨道设计研究

摘    要:在分析地铁现浇整体道床轨道不足的基础上,结合我国高速铁路板式轨道实践经验,提出了适用于地铁运营条件的新型板式轨道结构方案,该结构可统一减振地段与普通地段的轨道结构形式,方便施工及后期养护维修。在开展轨道板、自密实混凝土层、减振垫等部件设计研究基础上,铺设了现场试验段并进行了动力测试评估,验证了新型板式轨道结构方案的可行性,为工程化应用提供技术支撑。

Abstract:By analyzing the shortcomings of the cast-in-place monolithic roadbed track in metro and combining with the practical experience of China s high speed railway slab-type track,the scheme of new slab-type track structure suitable for metro operating conditions was proposed,which can unify the vibration-damping section track and the general section track and is convenient for construction and maintenance.Based on the design research of components such as track slab,self-compacting concrete layer and damping pad,the field test section was laid and the dynamic test evaluation was carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed slab-type track.The test results provide good technical support for the engineering application of new slab-type track.
