高速铁路实测钢轨廓形数据分析与平滑处理方法

摘    要:实测钢轨廓形的局部畸变点对轮轨接触参数计算结果有较大影响。针对该问题,首先将实测钢轨廓形与标准钢轨廓形对齐。其次,求解实测钢轨廓形与标准钢轨廓形的法向距离曲线,并结合FFT(快速傅里叶变换)和逆FFT、边界延拓等方法将该曲线的局部畸变点消除。最后,将平滑处理后的法向距离曲线与标准钢轨廓形叠加,得到平滑处理后的实测钢轨廓形。通过对比廓形处理前后计算得到的轮轨接触点、左右滚动圆半径差以及等效锥度,验证了处理后的钢轨廓形数据更有利于轮轨接触参数计算。

Abstract:The local distortion points of measured rail profile have great influences on the calculation results of wheel/rail contact parameters.To solve this problem,firstly,the measured rail profile was aligned with standard rail profile.Secondly,the normal distance curve between measured rail profile and standard rail profile was calculated,and combined with FFT,iFFT and boundary extension methods,the local distortion points of this curve were eliminated.Finally,the normal distance curve with smoothing treatment was added to the standard rail profile to obtain the measured rail profile with smoothing treatment.By comparing wheel/rail contact points,rolling radius difference and equivalent conicity before and after rail profile treatment,it was verified that the rail profile data after treatment is more conducive to wheel/rail contact parameter calculation.
