摘    要:针对40m铁路预应力混凝土箱梁制造和架设,从施工设备的投入、箱梁制造质量、安全性能、施工进度等各方面比较了移动模架造桥机方案与现浇支架方案的各自优缺点。综合评估得出结论:采用移动模架施工方案,能确保高空作业的施工安全,提高箱梁现场浇筑整体质量,加快箱梁制造的施工周期,降低箱梁制造成本。

Abstract:In view of manufacturing and erecting of 40 m prestressed simple box girder, this article makes a comparison of their respective advantages and disadvantages between bridge fabrication machine with mobile form and bracket-scheme and cast-in-place support- scheme in terms of equipment investment, quality of box girder, safety performance, as well as construction progress. It turns out that it can ensure aerial construction security, enhance whole quality of box girder casting, as well as speed up box girder construction period and reduce its cost by choosing bridge fabrication machine with mobile form and bracket-scheme.
