| Abstract: | This article describes the importance of scope management, risk management as well as multi - project management, and the problems to be taken hold of, and analyzing the risks of project management, brings forth the countermeasures. It particularly suggests that multi -project management enterprises should establish permanent organizations to provide standardized service for the enterprise project management. |
