摘    要:文章系统阐述了地铁工程车车体挠度预设工艺方法,对比分析了整体承载式车体与底架承载式车体挠度控制方法,并总结得到车体挠度预设值经验公式。重点研究了底架承载式车体挠度控制方法,解决了车体反挠问题,彻底攻克了底架承载式车体挠度控制难题。

Abstract:This paper systematically describes the preset process method of car body deflection for subway engineering vehicle.It analyzes the deflection control methods of integral load-bearing car body and underframeload-bearing car body,and summarizes the empirical formula of the preset value for car body deflection.This paper mainly studies the deflection control method of underframe-load-bearing car body.It solves the problem of car body back torsion,and completely overcomes the deflection control problem of underframe-load-bearing car body.
